It also builds and sells single-family detached homes and attached homes; offers various home floor plans and elevations; and provides built-to-order homes. In addition, the company owns certain minerals and mineral rights in and under approximately 55,000 surface acres of land in Sandoval County, New Mexico. AMREP Corporation was incorporated in 1955 and is based in Havertown, Pennsylvania.
